Q) How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
Just enter your email id & click “Subscribe” on the left panel of the home page.

Q) What's the difference between the HTML and text versions of the newsletter?
Both contain the same amount of information. The difference is in the delivery. The HTML version supports a more visual presentation and makes it easy for you to visit links included in the newsletter. The Text Version is the Hard Copy of the newsletter which is sent out to you at your specified address.

Q) How often does the newsletter go out?
Once per week. We also have occasional special mailings when we have really big news.

Q) What email programs are able to view the HTML version of the newsletter?
Most webmail programs: Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail (Newer Versions), Hot Mail, Gmail, Lycos Mail, Excite Mail, Outlook, Outlook Express and Eudora Mail.

Q) How do I change from the HTML version of the newsletter to the text version?
Simply drop in an email to us with subject: Transfer from HTML Version to Text Version. Also, add your contact details like Name & Address. We will send out the newsletter to you in hard copy asap.

Q) I am interested in posting an article/ business opportunity in the next newsletter. When does it publish, when is the deadline, and how much does it cost?
The newsletter publishes on the first day of every week every month and is due before the end of the month/last week of the month. The advertising fee can be requested by contacting us at newsletter@projectsmaster.com .

Q) How do I make the payment for posting an ad/article on your newsletter?
We will send you an invoice via email providing you with instructions on how to make the payment.

Q) Can I submit a logo with the article?
Sure, that would depend on the type of Ad you choose to display in the newsletter. You have a variety of Advertising options to choose from logos/pictures are optional.

Q) I have posted the ad online and is there a way to see it online or is there a date when it will be available to see it online?
We will send out our newsletter to our databank every week. For example May newsletter will be sent out on the first week of May. Old issues will appear in our newsletter archive.

Q) Could this ad be posted for the next few months -- September, October, November, & December? Could you please run repeatedly until I tell you the position is filled?
Yes, but you need to submit the ad to the newsletter each month. Submit the ad in August for it to appear in the September newsletter and likewise for the rest of the months. The deadline for submitting ads to the newsletter is the last week of every month.

Q) What if my email address has changed?
Re-subscribe with your new email-id.

Q) What if I suddenly stopped receiving the newsletter?
Try to subscribe again by entering your email-id. If you're still not receiving them, then send an email to newsletter@projectsmaster.com. Put the words NOT RECEIVING the NEWSLETTER in the subject line.

Q) How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Go to our unsubscribe form.

Q) What do I do if I'm having trouble unsubscribing?
Make sure that you are entering the EXACT email address that you subscribed with. If you are still having trouble then send an email to newsletter@projectsmaster.com and put the words TROUBLE UNSUBSCRIBING in the subject line.
